Tax Valuation E-Flash
This newsletter is a timely summary of Tax Court and U.S. Courts of Appeal valuation related tax cases.  Our goal is to post the full text of the case to our site the day it is released and have an E-flash summary the next day.  This newsletter is not intended to dissect the cases at length, but rather provide a brief summary of the key issues in the cases.  The E-Flash is designed to be the first summary in print.

Building Value
Building value is our general firm newsletter.  It provides articles on appraisal litigation topics of interest to attorneys, CPA's, and appraisers.  This newsletter will also provide information on our firm from time to time.

Intellectual Property Transaction Update
This newsletter will be based on the proprietary data from our intellectual property database and will highlight current trends in intellectual property royalty rates and license fees.
